The GOLD series machinery from CIME is designed for the bottling of carbonated products which are quite often unstable during the filling phase.
This category includes: carbonated water, soft drinks, slightly sparkling wines, sparkling wines and beer. However, the Gold series also allows bottling of flat products (i.e. products that do not contain carbon dioxide). The GOLD machine was specifically designed and built for easy operation and cleaning, rapid replacement of accessories, and simple maintenance.

Filling is carried out by gravity and the system is suitable to treat products having a temperature from ambient up to 90°C.
The product in excess, after the self-levelling, is sent back to the preparation and filtration plant. The product flow to the filler is adjusted by means of a modulating valve in order to grant a constant control of the flow itself. In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system. - Milk - Wine - Water

Moravek offers a unique way of processing/filling beer using a BC Beer Carbonator to automatically carbonate beer before the filling process. The BC Beer Carbonator communicates with the Moravek Keg filler, Bottle filler and Can Pro.
In line carbonating directly before filling has several key benefits, it ensures consistent and repeatable carbonation levels across different brands, eliminates wasteful and time-consuming in-tank c arbonation, achieves very low Dissolved Oxygen Levels thanks to gas stripping. The BC carbonator PLC system allows you to change carbonation levels to suit your desired carbonation levels for bottles, Cans or Kegs.
The Moravek range of tribloc beer bottling machines are specifically designed to handle beer from the outset and include double pre evacuation as a standard feature on all models to ensure ultra low dissolved oxygen (DO's) are maintained during the filling operation.
The combination of high quality robust machine construction along with close attention to the needs of clean in place (CIP) ensures Moravek tribloc beer fillers deliver efficient reliable bottling production, low DO’s and repeatable CIP sanitisation which are all important requirements when filling beer.
